The people have great personality here at Luna dental, there ask if your comfortable and if you are they show you a good time

I highly recommend this office. Dr. Soto is very personable and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff is very friendly and they handled all my insurance with no problem.

I’ve visited another office in the area they were extremely rude when I let them know they made mistakes with my insurance. This office was clean, made the process easy and simple and my kids loved it. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place. They take care of you and make sure your doing ok. They have a really nice setup when they are doing dental work. They give you a headset and remote so you can watch Netflix while you are waiting or getting work done on your mouth. I live in Houston and down here for work but I would come back because of the customer service that they give all their customers.

Luna Dental has great staff, a phenomenal facility (for adults/children), and last but not least terrific doctors that are patient-centric. If you want to get a premium dental care experience, with competitive rates, I would recommend to give them a try. One last thing that I don't want to forget to mention, they absolutely go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home!

Excellent place to take the family for a check up. Dr Moon was amazing with the kiddos. The staff super friendly and open. The exam was painless especially since it’s was their 1st time (6y/o and 5y/o) and they were super excited about the whole experience. The clinic had a kid atmosphere and super clean. The staff even went all out with Halloween decorations. You can tell they entire clinic loves their work and it shows. A+ for Dr Moon And his team. (PS I also needed a copy of my dental X-ray and they sent me a copy via email very prompt and hassle free)

I brought my daughter to Luna Dental as a new patient and we absolutely loved it. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. There was a temperature check done before we were seen and a sanitizer station. We plan on returning to Luna Dental on a regular basis for our cleanings and check ups. Dr. Soto you have done such a great job. We appreciate your work. I highly recommend this place.

The best Dental office that we have been too great customer service starting from that phone confirmation, to the welcoming in the front desk. So far the best family Denistry. We give you all a 10 out of 10. Our girls loved ❤ everyone in the office.

Had to reschedule an appointment and the staff immediately accommodated my request. On the appointment day, I showed up early with a request that I be seen within an allotted time period because of last minute, end of the year commitments. The Staff and Doctors were attentive and accommodated my requests. I was in and out within 40 minutes. I met all my engagements and I applaud Luna Dental in Pharr, Texas for all they did to get me in and out.

Luna dental has great customer service! The staff was very friendly and understanding. I look forward to having them help me and my family when it comes to our dental needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Really professional and kind staff. Loved the office manager and the dentist. They explained everything in detail and the dentist kept stopping while working on my teeth to ask how I was doing. I will definitely be going back and plan on bringing my kids here as well.

This dentistry was by far the best place me and my family have ever been to. I’ve never been so impressed!!! Hands down to the staff they were amazing from beginning to end. They made my kids so comfortable and they enjoyed it so much they could not stop talking about how much the staff took care of them. The doctor was so nice and professional. Mr. Steve the financial worker was so nice and explained thoroughly why it’s important to take care of our teeth. You all were amazing your facility was very clean and organized you all really went above and beyond for us. Therefore we will continue to go to you all and recommend people to you. Thank you!!!!

Everyone was very polite and easy going. They treat u like family! So glad I moved over here, It’s a little far from home for me , but I’m definitely staying with Luna dental now. No regrets.

My husband had not set up a dentist since we moved to the RGV. We were in trouble when he suddenly broke his molar. This was one of the dentist recommended by our insurance company and I am so glad we came here. I called and the staff manager, Steve told us to come right away. The staff is excellent. Truly, so nice, professional and fun. The office is clean and thoughtfully designed. There's tvs with movies everywhere even on the ceiling. They have all the state of the art equipment. After my husband's initial consultation they laid exactly how much it would cost with our insurance. That was great because we had an exact idea of what we were getting into. They did the entire crown and a filling in under 2 hours. Definitely recommend this place. Dr. Moon and his staff are the very best!
